My son  goes to Norfolk House and  has done so since 2012. He has been very happy there. Julie takes him out for day trips, shopping, to the cinema, trips to Hunstanton. He also goes out for meals which he loves doing. He also does cooking and makes cups of tea.
Norfolk House is a lovely clean looked after house. Julie also cooks lovely meals for my son.
When looking for respite care I could not find anything else as good as Norfolk House.

We are so happy to have found Norfolk House. We were frustrated by the lack of suitable respite provision available for our son post 19. We wanted respite to be a place he would feel comfortable relaxed and safe, in a home like setting. There was no one out there offering a service like this until we found Julie at Norfolk House.

Our son found respite in the past a challenge due to the larger surroundings and high turnover of staff, but this has all changed. Julie offers a tailor made and flexible service that is perfect for our son with the reassurance that she is always there.

We feel that Norfolk house is like an extension of a home, our son is happy and enjoying his stay and we have peace of mind and can relax and enjoy our respite too.
