Norfolk House is a privately owned house which offers 3 bedrooms.

The fully furnished kitchen offers all modern conveniences e.g. dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and the young people are encouraged and supported to make use of all the facilities.

It is a smoke free, pet free environment and the property overlooks a large park.

I have an enhanced CRB check and have had a clean driving licence for over 25 years. I have level 3 NVQ in Health and social care and have up to date training in child protection (safeguarding), administering medication, first aid, epilepsy, epipen, and food hygiene. This list is not exhaustive and my training is ongoing and continually updated.

The shared living room is bright and spacious and provides plenty of space for relaxing or watching television projected onto a wall, There are plenty of board games, jigsaw puzzles and craft making equipment available.

The living area leads onto a decked area outside which has seating, a table and an area where pots can be planted up and cultivated. The gate at the rear of the property is locked and the garden area is surrounded with high fences.

Each room has its own TV and DVD player, and there is a games console available for each room.

There is a shared bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet downstairs.
